Experienced Solicitor or Paralegal - PART TIME / FLEXIBLE 

​

We are looking for someone with significant personal injury experience to assist Ruth Winter, Sole Practitioner in running a personal injury caseload.

​

This position is currently open to the right candidate and could be either someone with experience looking for an assistant / paralegal position and / or someone qualified.  The ideal candidate must have excellent communication, IT skills and experience in either running or assisting on personal injury claims.

​

The job will require assistance on a personal injury and litigation caseload from inception to completion. The right candidate must have kowledge of the different portals and processes used to pursue each type or level of personal injury claim and be able to run a litigated caseload with a keen interest on rehabilitation, taking and producing statements, document collation etc.

​

​This is a great opportunity for someone looking for a part time position. All work will take place in our offices but hours are negotiable dependant upon the candidate.

​

There is also an oportunity to work in some of the other areas of law completed at the office in litigation, divorce, probate, wills and power of attorney etc. 

​

Benefits: Bonus scheme, work events, additional annual leave accrual and an early Friday finish [3pm].

For those not qualified but with significant experience, in the long term there is a potential to pursue the SQE1&2 with a Solicitor apprenticeship.
